NoveoCare shows that together, people can push beyond their limits while supporting meaningful causes. With this second challenge, the team mobilized around the fight against domestic violence, while strengthening team cohesion.
An inspiring collective momentum, combining sport, solidarity, and commitment, that encourages going even further !
NoveoCare has chosen to launch the NoveoGo Challenge 2025 for the second year in a row, in partnership with Squadeasy, with the aim of strengthening team cohesion while promoting a new commitment: the fight against domestic violence, in collaboration with the One In Three Women network.
This type of engaging, dynamic, and meaningful initiative also allows the company to anchor its CSR commitments in concrete actions, accessible to everyone, focused on health and inclusion—core values for NoveoCare.
Through this second challenge, NoveoCare aims to achieve several internal objectives: strengthening team spirit, encouraging physical activity to boost employee well-being, and raising awareness of CSR commitments in a participatory and engaging way.
The goal is also to create a truly unifying experience through quizzes and challenges related to domestic violence, bringing together employees across France, Bulgaria, and Portugal, regardless of their roles. The ultimate objective is to foster a sense of belonging and reinforce the feeling of being part of the wider NoveoCare community.
Internally, the organization was smooth, thanks in particular to the support and tools provided by Squadeasy. The launch was initiated by an email from the CEO, followed by weekly updates sharing provisional rankings, personalized wallpapers to encourage participation, and continuous engagement through the app.
A multi-channel communication strategy was also implemented to highlight results and upcoming challenges, creating strong momentum and sustained collective engagement throughout the experience.
The results speak for themselves: 235 highly motivated participants, 43 determined teams, and over 36,000 kilometers completed a true collective achievement.
In addition, 1,392 kg of CO₂ were avoided, demonstrating that it is possible to push limits while contributing positively to the environment.
The challenge clearly strengthened engagement and well-being throughout the experience. Teams rallied around both the competition and the shared cause, creating a positive dynamic, boosting cohesion, and encouraging regular physical activity.
Interactions and challenges also fostered a friendly and stimulating atmosphere between teams across France and Europe.
Employees report improved team cohesion.
Many want to participate in another challenge.
Participants feel in a better mood overall.
