CANCER@WORK
We designed an inter-company sports and solidarity challenge, accessible to all levels: walking, running, cycling… The objective is simple—allow everyone to participate at their own pace while contributing to a shared dynamic.
Designed to encourage consistency, build connections between employees, and value every individual effort in service of a collective impact, the challenge continues to grow, with an average of +20% participants each year. A solidarity mechanism further boosts engagement by turning physical activity into concrete support for the initiatives of Cancer@Work.
A WAVE OF SUCCESS
Cancer@Work brings together a community of companies ready to unite around a meaningful challenge. Each participation becomes a tangible act of solidarity: by getting active, companies transform their collective engagement into donations that support the association’s initiatives.
A dual objective, clear and impactful.
First, to highlight the importance of physical activity in maintaining health, regaining energy, and helping reduce the risk of relapse. Sport becomes a true lever for prevention.
Second, to raise funds supporting the association’s professional reintegration initiatives. Every kilometer covered contributes to financing their missions. Move for yourself, move for others 🤝
Engagement exceeds expectations. The challenge brings together 4,959 participants, with an average of 9 daily logins per user and an outstanding 98% activity rate.
Together, participants cover 1,780,835 kilometers, avoiding 50 tons of COâ‚‚ equivalent while funding a solidarity mission.
Beyond the numbers, it is a committed, active community united around a meaningful cause. A powerful demonstration that collective action can generate real impact both on health and solidarity đź’›
Proof It Works
Participants feel in a better mood.
Employees adopt more environmentally friendly behaviors thanks to the challenge.
Positive behavioral changes are observed across participants.
“The laughter of finding ourselves in the evening with other team members and, at midnight, realizing we could already start the next day’s missions and then the dancing started all over again!”
