Designed to encourage consistency, build connections between employees, and value every individual effort in service of a collective impact, the challenge continues to grow, with an average of +20% participants each year. First, to highlight the importance of physical activity in maintaining health, regaining energy, and helping reduce the risk of relapse. Sport becomes a true lever for prevention. Second, to raise funds supporting the association’s professional reintegration initiatives. Every kilometer covered contributes to financing their missions. The challenge brings together **4,959 participants**, with an average of **9 daily logins per user** and an outstanding **98% activity rate**. Together, participants cover **1,780,835 kilometers**, avoiding **50 tons of CO₂ equivalent** while funding a solidarity mission. Beyond the numbers, it is a committed, active community united around a meaningful cause.
