Context
Pomerleau is one of Canada's leaders in industry and construction.
During July and August 2021, Pomerleau has set up the Pomerleau Challenge to engage the group in physical activity as a team to strengthen cohesion.
Objectives and implementation
Pomerleau has set itself the challenge of strengthening team cohesion while supporting a worthy cause. Every step counts in raising funds for Tree Canada.
Guaranteed success
The Pomerleau challenge enabled employees to help plant 1,875 trees with the Tree Canada association, while offering them a real experience, as 93% of them would like to take part in another challenge.

"We hoped that people would like it and that it would create a sense of cohesion. With teams based in Paris, Lyon and Bordeaux, they don't necessarily rub shoulders on a daily basis. We were looking for something different from a simple foot race, which would allow everyone to take part. It created new links between teams. It was a great success, so we're doing it again! "
