Context

La Poste aims to enhance and optimize its “corporate sport / health sport” initiative driven by the #TeamSportLaPoste label.

Already engaged in organizing team running events across the country, the company sought to complement this physical program with a digital solution capable of reaching a broader audience.

The objective is clear: encourage regular physical activity among all employees, unite existing communities, and concretely strengthen workplace well-being across the Group.

Objectives and Implementation

The rollout of the Squadeasy challenge relies on a decentralized organization. Communication is first shared with regional management teams, giving each the flexibility to implement the program according to local priorities and dynamics.

Team engagement is notably driven through Viva Engage, the internal social network used to share rankings, collective achievements, and encouragement messages.

HR representatives and managers play a key role in embedding the challenge into daily routines and driving participation.

Today, #TeamSportLaPoste is established as a recurring event in the company’s life. Engagement levels have stabilized, with a strong and consistent base of participants—evidence of a mature and sustainable initiative.
