Context

The Ormes factory in France specializes in the manufacture of make-up products.

Following a first successful sports challenge in 2022 for Movember, l'Oréal usine d'Ormes has decided to repeat the SquadEasy experience in summer 2023 to encourage its teams to stay in shape, even between barbecues!

Objectives and implementation

During the month of July 2023, the "En F'Ormes" challenge invited 340 employees to participate in order to strengthen collective well-being, and improve cohesion within the factory.

"We hoped that people would like it and that it would create a sense of cohesion. With teams based in Paris, Lyon and Bordeaux, they don't necessarily rub shoulders on a daily basis. We were looking for something different from a simple foot race, which would allow everyone to take part. It created new links between teams. It was a great success, so we're doing it again! "
