Context

Sodexo wanted to take care of its employees' health with a sporting challenge accessible to all, but also to reinforce its commitment to a world without hunger with the Stop Hunger association.

Objectives and implementation

The aim of the challenge was to raise as much money as possible for the Stop Hunger cause, through the physical activity of the participants.

In addition to uniting its employees around this common goal, Sodexo wanted to strengthen cohesion between its teams.

"We hoped that people would like it and that it would create a sense of cohesion. With teams based in Paris, Lyon and Bordeaux, they don't necessarily rub shoulders on a daily basis. We were looking for something different from a simple foot race, which would allow everyone to take part. It created new links between teams. It was a great success, so we're doing it again! "
